3. Account Registration

For Businesses Listing on the Directory:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

For Buyers/Visitors:

• Browsing and searching the directory does not require an account, unless otherwise stated
• If you create an account (e.g., to save searches or leave reviews), the same responsibilities above apply

4. Business Listings

4.1 Submission and Review All business listings are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that:

• Contains false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Violates these Terms or applicable Nigerian law
• Is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful to other users
• Fails our verification criteria

4.2 Accuracy of Information Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in their listings, including product/service descriptions, pricing, contact details, and certifications. Allpackaging.ng does not independently verify every claim made by listed businesses beyond our standard review process.

4.3 Listing Fees Certain listing tiers (e.g., premium or featured listings) may require payment of fees as outlined on our plans page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4.4 Listing Duration and Removal We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at our discretion, including for non-compliance with these Terms, non-payment of applicable fees, or extended inactivity.

5. User Conduct

By using Allpackaging.ng, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Nigerian law
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without our express written consent
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the Service
• Harass, defame, or engage in abusive conduct toward other users
• Post spam, unauthorized advertising, or unsolicited promotional content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or data

6. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Allpackaging.ng serves solely as a discovery and connection platform. We do not:

• Endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any business, product, or service listed
• Act as an agent, broker, or intermediary in any transaction between buyers and businesses
• Guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by listed businesses

Users are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence — including verifying business registration, product quality, pricing, and terms — before entering into any transaction with a business found through our directory.

7. Transactions Between Users

Any transaction, agreement, or dispute arising between a buyer and a listed business is strictly between those parties. Allpackaging.ng:

• Is not a party to such transactions
• Is not responsible for the performance, delivery, quality, or legality of goods/services exchanged
• Is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from such transactions

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content All content on Allpackaging.ng, including our logo, design, text, graphics, and software (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by or licensed to us and protected under Nigerian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8.2 User-Submitted Content By submitting content (business descriptions, photos, reviews, etc.) to Allpackaging.ng, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

9. Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain false, defamatory, or misleading statements
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent
• Allpackaging.ng is not responsible for the content or accuracy of user-submitted reviews
